1. Products available through the bookstore

This website offers selected printed books and e-books by Dr. Borko Djordjevic.

Printed books are physical editions shipped to the customer’s delivery address.
E-books are digital editions delivered as PDF files or through a digital download link
after payment confirmation.

2. Payment method

Payment is currently available by bank transfer.

After placing an order, the customer will receive order details and payment instructions.
The order number should be used as the payment reference whenever possible.

Orders paid by bank transfer are processed only after the payment has been received and confirmed.

3. Printed book shipping

Printed books can be shipped internationally.

Delivery time and shipping cost may depend on the destination country, courier or postal service,
customs processing and other circumstances outside the seller’s direct control.

If shipping costs are not automatically calculated during checkout, the customer may be contacted
with shipping information before dispatch.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including
country, city, postal code, street address, phone number and email address.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information,
customs procedures, local postal services or courier delays.

4. Customs, taxes and import duties

For international deliveries, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes,
local fees or other charges applied by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the book price unless explicitly stated during checkout.

5. E-book delivery

E-books are delivered digitally after payment confirmation.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address during checkout.

Once the payment is confirmed, the e-book download link or digital access may be sent to the customer
by email or made available through the customer account, depending on the store settings.

The customer should download and store the purchased e-book responsibly.

6. Problems with delivery

If you do not receive your e-book download link after payment confirmation, or if there is a problem
with the delivery of a printed book, please contact:
